Project Manager

Full time, Houston metro, 3+ years experience

Own IT deployments end to end for small and mid-sized clients, from the first site walk to the handover document.

What the job is

Plan and run network, cloud and migration projects across multiple client sites
Hold the schedule, the budget and the client relationship for each engagement
Coordinate engineers, cabling crews and vendors so a cutover lands when it was promised
Write the documentation the client keeps afterwards

What we are looking for

At least three years delivering IT or infrastructure projects. PMP is welcome, but a track record of jobs that landed on time matters more. You will be on client sites, so a vehicle and a clean licence are needed.

Sales Development Representative

Full time, Houston metro, 3+ years experience

Open conversations with owners and operations managers at Texas companies between 1 and 99 people.

What the job is

Build and work an outbound list of Houston-area businesses that fit our profile
Run cold email and LinkedIn sequences, then handle the replies
Qualify honestly, so the walkthroughs that get booked are worth driving to
Keep the pipeline clean and report on what is actually moving

What we are looking for

At least three years in sales or business development, ideally B2B. Comfort with rejection and clear written English matter more than knowing the technology. We will teach the technical side.

IT Technician

Full time, Houston metro, 3+ years experience

The hands on the equipment. Helpdesk during the week, deployment work when a project is running.

What the job is

Handle helpdesk tickets across Windows, Microsoft 365 and common business applications
Set up and deploy workstations, switches, access points and firewalls
Run and terminate structured cabling, and test what you install
Go on site across the Houston metro when a problem needs a person there

What we are looking for

At least three years of hands-on support or deployment experience across Windows and networking. Vehicle and clean licence required.
