Houston, Austin and across Texas
The IT department your company is too small to hire
Networks, cloud and day-to-day support for Texas businesses with 1 to 99 people. We handle the infrastructure, the firewall, the Microsoft 365 tenant and the website, so your team can stop being the accidental help desk.
We do not work with enterprise. Small and mid-sized firms get our attention because they are the only clients we take.
Where we show up
On-site coverage across Texas, anchored in the Houston metro and Austin.

What we do
Four services, connected on purpose
Your website sits on hosting. Hosting connects to your mail. Mail runs through your firewall. When four vendors own four pieces, every problem becomes a phone call between them with you in the middle. We keep the whole run in one place.
All services-
Managed IT services
Someone answers the phone, and the problem is already being worked.
-
Network solutions
Wired, wireless and firewalls that hold up in a warehouse, not just an office.
-
Cloud solutions
Microsoft 365 and cloud migration done once, correctly.
-
Web development
Sites built to be found and to load, not to win awards.
Who we work with
We know how these businesses actually run
Generic IT support treats a fabrication shop like a law office. The uptime that matters, the compliance that applies and the hours you can take a system down are different in every one of these.
Energy and oilfield services
Field offices, yards and remote crews. Connectivity that works outside the Loop and survives a Gulf Coast summer.
Logistics, freight and 3PL
Warehouse Wi-Fi to the rack tops, scanner uptime, and dispatch systems that cannot go down mid-shift.
Manufacturing and fabrication
Shop floor separated from the office network, ageing machine controllers kept running safely.
Construction and engineering
Trailer sites, plan sets, and crews who need file access from a job site with one bar of signal.
Law firms
Document security, matter-based file structures, and email nobody outside the firm can read.
Accounting and professional services
Seasonal load, secure client document exchange, and remote work that does not leak data.
Wholesale and distribution
Inventory systems, barcode infrastructure and the network that keeps both talking.
Real estate and property management
Multiple small offices, shared listings and staff who work from everywhere except the desk.
How it starts
From first call to running smoothly
Walkthrough
An hour on site. We look at what you have, what is failing quietly and what is exposed.
Written findings
A plain document listing what we found, ranked by risk and cost. Yours to keep either way.
Fix the urgent things
Backups, firewall, and anything actively broken. Usually inside the first two weeks.
Steady state
Monthly support, scheduled maintenance, and a quarterly review of what changed.
Coverage
On site across Texas
Remote support handles most tickets. Some things need someone standing in the building, and for those we drive.
All service areasCommon questions
Things owners ask us first
What size businesses do you work with?
Companies with roughly 1 to 99 employees. That is a deliberate limit. A 40-person firm and a 4,000-person firm need different things, and firms that serve both tend to serve the smaller one badly.
How far do you travel for on-site work?
Across Texas, with most on-site work in the greater Houston metro and Austin. If you are somewhere else in the state, ask and we will be straight with you about whether we can cover you properly.
Do you charge for the first visit?
No. The first walkthrough is an assessment of what you have and what is actually at risk. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.
Can you work with the IT person we already have?
Often the better arrangement. An internal person who knows the business, backed by a team for the network, cloud and after-hours work they cannot cover alone.
What happens if we want to leave?
You get your documentation, credentials and configurations. Holding a client’s own network hostage is a tactic in this industry and it is not one we use.
Start with a walkthrough, not a quote
An hour on site. We look at the network, the backups, the licences and the things nobody has checked in two years, then send you the findings in writing. No charge, and no obligation to use us afterwards.
