How fast do you respond?
We agree response targets in writing before you sign, split by severity. A site down is not the same ticket as a jammed printer and should not carry the same clock.
Do we have to replace our current setup?
No. We start by documenting what you already have. Most of it usually stays. We tell you what genuinely needs replacing and what a vendor talked you into.
What size company is this for?
Roughly 5 to 99 employees. Below five, a support block usually makes more sense and we will say so.
